What You'll Do

  • Target mid-market accounts with $25K-$100K annual contract potential
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and pain points
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI presentations
  • Build relationships with business owners, operations managers, and IT decision makers
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and nurturing
  • Support customer onboarding and expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to sales process optimization and best practices

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement
  • Sales Skills: Experience selling to mid-market companies (50-500 employees)
  • Communication: Strong phone and video call sales skills
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies
